Superb experience from first contact. I spent some time looking for a limo service to take us from Miami International to our hotel in Fort Lauderdale and back over the busy Christmas and New Year period, and am so pleased I came across Fort Lauderdale Shuttle & Limo Service. Jason responded to my initial email enquiry promptly with price and timing information, and I booked the 5 seater stretch limo for the outward journey and a sedan for the return journey. When our flight from the UK landed there was a text message from our driver Jay, to say he was waiting for us and we easily located him. The stretch limo was immaculate and a great treat. On the return journey again we got a message to say Jay was ready and waiting for us and the car was extremely comfortable and expertly driven. Found Fort Lauderdale Shuttle & Limo through our travel agent - and what a find! We needed to get from Ft Lauderdale airport to the Port of Miami and our timing was tight. Not only was Jason prompt and very professional, he provided us with a surprise complimentary upgrade! The limo was clean and had a nice fresh smell. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Jason and Danny (our driver) was so positive that I wanted to communicate how impressive this company is. I booked a limo to take my family from FLL airport to the Port of Miami for a cruise. In spite of a three-hour flight delay, they worked with us graciously in changing the pick up time. Danny's efficiency in loading our luggage and his expert driving got us to the port just in time to make the cruise. We used them for our return trip as well and again received exemplary professional service. I highly recommend them to anyone traveling in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Simply put they are the best in Fort Lauderdale. I am a Concierge at a large hotel and I use this company all the time for my guests. Their cars are beautiful, but it's their service that truly shines. The best example I can give you is that recently I had a elderly passenger that needed extra assistance the family wanted to make certain he would not get lost. The driver waited almost two hours later then scheduled because the flight kept getting delayed. That's going the extra mile. Needless to say his family was grateful and so was I.

I am so glad I chose this car service over all the others. We needed a pick up and return from the airport to our hotel in South Florida. They were very helpful on the phone and made the booking process very easy as I was calling from out of the country. The driver was very professional, friendly, courteous and on time. My boss was flying into FLL for an Executive Meeting and needing a car service. I located this car service on google and am SO PLEASED I found them. My boss has a very busy schedule and at times changes one flight 2-3 times. I had to make 3-5 changes to our car reservation and Jason was so nice to deal with. The drive took MUCH less time than with a taxi or ride share because the vehicles have a SPECIAL PASS THAT ALLOWS THEM TO USE THE HIGH SPEED/PREFERRED LANES. It was amazingly fast, buzzing past all of the vehicles in the regular lanes, I was there in no time. Also, the cost was low for the FAST service, and spotless luxury vehicle. I will absolutely use Fort Lauderdale Shuttle & Limo Inc. again.

At the last minute (morning of travel) I thought it would be better to have a professional service than some oddball with a car and an app. I knew it was a slim chance, but they were more than helpful and professional on the phone and actually were able to arrange for the transport that day. The price was very reasonable, the process seamless, and the product amazing. The communication was amazing with very clear instructions and she even had a text when she landed as to who to contact and where to go. My wife stated that she "felt like royalty" when they arrived curbside for the pick up. The vehicle was extremely nice and spotless. She said the driver was very professional, friendly and most importantly, very safe. I will definitely be using Ft. Lauderdale Shuttle and Limo when I'm in the area and need transportation and will recommend them to everyone I know. They know customer service and they do it very, very, well.

I travel about twice each month, and for the past 2 years I've been using the team at Fort Lauderdale Shuttle & Limo Service. They have ALWAYS beenon time, and I mean always, it's somewhat amazing. Typically I deal witheither Bryon or Jason, but the rest of the guys are great as well. Their rates are fair, the cars are always immaculately clean. And all the drivers are nice, friendly and observant. If they sense you want to sit quietly they leave you alone. If they sense you're up for conversation they are friendly chatters. I won't use anyone else ever.

Our driver was Jose, and he was also very polite and took his time with me on the phone to find us at the port. He told me his lights would be flashing and to look for him. Awesome company. First used this car service as an anniversary surprise for my husband in 2015. Booked a stretch limo to take us to Miami from Fort Lauderdale for a cruise. I made our reservation weeks in advance, but the day-of I realized that our party of two had lots of luggage and was worried that a sedan wouldn't fit. He said he'd take care of everything, and when we finally arrived (late / delayed / road weary) our driver met us at baggage claim and was super pleasant and kind. And the car? Not only when we arrived he made extra effort to fit our luggage which we pack a lot where it didn’t interfere with our trip. He was very nice and my kids constantly asked him questions and never was bothered. If u doing round trips especially for cruise this was much better way to travel and I will continue to use him for my Florida cruises.

I travel about twice each month, and for the past 2 years I've been using the team at Fort Lauderdale Shuttle & Limo Service. They have ALWAYS beenon time, and I mean always, it's somewhat amazing. Typically I deal witheither Bryon or Jason, but the rest of the guys are great as well. Their rates are fair, the cars are always immaculately clean. And all the drivers are nice, friendly and observant. If they sense you want to sit quietly they leave you alone. If they sense you're up for conversation they are friendly chatters. I won't use anyone else ever.

Our flight was delayed, so I immediately called our driver Byron to let him know we just landed. He made me feel at ease, and said don't worry, I am waiting for you. Byron was polite, and patiently waiting for us to get our luggage. Also booked limo from Port Everglades in January 2017 back to airport. Our driver was Jose, and he was also very polite and took his time with me on the phone to find us at the port. He told me his lights would be flashing and to look for him. We did and it worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend doing business with Jason. I will be using them again in December 2017.
Awesome company. First used this car service as an anniversary surprise for my husband in 2015. Booked a stretch limo to take us to Miami from Fort Lauderdale for a cruise. Jason was excellent at helping me with the surprise. The driver played the part beautifully and the surprise was a success. Now use the car service for all of our cruises. Already booked for 2017!

The driver was punctual and he took care of our luggage. We never lifted a finger! Jason then collected us at hotel in a like new condition stretch limo for shuttle to the cruise terminal a few days later!! We certainly arrived in style and were treated "special". Very kind and gracious and first class service by respectful drivers. We would never think of using another car service company in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area. It was not our first time and will certainly not be our last!

I made our reservation weeks in advance, but the day-of I realized that our party of two had lots of luggage and was worried that a sedan wouldn't fit. I called and Jason talked me through our needs like a real pro. He said he'd take care of everything, and when we finally arrived (late / delayed / road weary) our driver met us at baggage claim and was super pleasant and kind. And the car? A beautiful, brand new SUV that easily fit our luggage. I will be sure to use them every time I'm in the area.

The amazing part is that the lines for our return at Customs was SO LONG, and went way over our pick up time...Jason still waited for us, and picked us up right at the curb! Communication is first rate. Their vehicles are CLEAN, and not smelly, as I have found many in the past. They are courteous, and timely, too. Cannot recommend them enough!! 5 STARS!!
